Featuring a totally new simulated experience where you not only captain the steamer, but also face some of the hazards and challenges that have confronted sea captains in and around the Mersey River and heads of Port Phillip Bay.

Home Hill (Historic Home of Tasmania’s Only Prime Minister)

Don River Railway (Vintage Trains)
This railway museum has the largest collection of steam locomotives and passenger carriages in Tasmania. Vintage and steam train rides run on the hour from 10am - 4pm and follow the Don River and return to the old station. Thomas the Tank Engine theme days are a highlight for families.

Little Penguin Viewing
Little Penguins can be observed returning to their burrows at dusk between October and March at Lillico Beach. Little Penguins return to their nests in spring to breed and in autumn to moult and should not be disturbed at these times. Please note that dogs are not allowed near penguin colonies.
